How are surfboards packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care with our boards. Each surfboard is wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap, protected by reinforced cardboard tail and nose guards, and shipped in a double-walled corrugated box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with all original tags attached and have not been used in the water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Jack's Surfboards ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and the size of the items ordered. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which surfboard fin system I need?
Most boards use either the FCS II or Futures fin system. You can check the fin boxes on your board for these logos, or contact our team with your board model and we will help you find the compatible set.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Do you provide surfboard repairs?
We offer professional ding repair services at our flagship physical locations. For online customers, we carry a wide range of DIY solar-cure resin kits and repair materials for minor fixes.
